Learn & Lead, LLC was founded by Dr. Cathy Meyer-Looze, Ed.D. and Dr. Rick Vandermolen, Ed.D. — two experienced educators, published researchers, and leadership facilitators who believe that stronger organizations begin with stronger leaders.
With doctorates in Educational Leadership, decades of hands-on experience, and a deep commitment to the communities they serve, they bring both academic rigor and genuine warmth to every engagement with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations.
Leadership Grand Traverse
An intensive eight-month community leadership program developed and facilitated by Learn & Lead through Traverse Connect. Since 2016, Leadership Grand Traverse has prepared emerging and established leaders for decision-making roles across the Grand Traverse region.
Through twelve full-day sessions covering topics from local economy to diversity and inclusion, participants build the knowledge, relationships, and skills to lead with impact in their organizations and communities.
